Summary of the celebration

Hi All,
We warmly invite you to take part in the cherished cultural and spiritual tradition of the Feast of St. Anthony of Padua as well as its preparatory novenas. This feast is celebrated with deep devotion in the Sri Lankan Catholic community along with many other communities in Canada and all over the world.
Inspired by the historic celebrations at St. Anthony’s Shrine in Kochchikade, Sri Lanka, where veneration has continued since 1835. Our local observance carries this powerful legacy forward with faith, unity, and gratitude since 2016.
We have had the pleasure of celebrating this meaningful event at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Aylmer for the past 4 years. Together, we honor the life and miracles of St. Anthony, continuing a tradition that connects generations across continents.
We invite you and your loved ones to come celebrate with us — in prayer, reflection, and community.
